Seven of the fifteen units will have Mezzanines which include another bathroom and refrigerator, ice maker and microwave. A brick plate tile floor will be in the main car area available in an assortment of sizes, colors and patterns. Elegant lighting fixtures and display lights for your art work and cars. The gated lush courtyard will offer a blend of cobblestone, pavers, lighting with flowers surrounding the center fountain creating a resort style destination. We have been estimating the price may start around $680,000 for the 2428 sq. ft. unit without a loft to $ 1.4 million for the 4,948 sq ft unit without a loft. Again these are only ESTIMATED prices at this time.
