I would like to introduce to you Goodwood Motoring Club’s exciting new Luxury Car Condos, parking for your passion. The location will be in the Scottsdale/Phoenix corridor just north of the 101 and 51 interchange. We are in the stage of finalizing our exciting project and looking to break ground this year.
The project will combine old world charm and elegance with state of the art environmental systems and security. Each unit’s environmental system and security/surveillance system will be remotely accessible via computer from your home or where ever you happen to be at the time. You will be able to view the exterior and pan within your unit via computer hookup 24/7 plus remotely control the lighting and temperature! Our finishes will recreate a time past of luxury and charm. The estate carriage house design will feature tongue & grove ceiling with open trusses leaving a 12' height if you desire to have an auto lift. The 15 units will range from approximate 2400 -5000 sq. ft. of luxury car storage. All units will have a full bath of granite and travertine. Plus an entertainment center with furniture grade cabinets, refrigerators, ice maker, wine cooler and microwave. Seven of the fifteen units will have Mezzanines which include another bathroom and refrigerator, ice maker and microwave. A brick plate tile floor will be in the main car area available in an assortment of sizes, colors and patterns. Elegant lighting fixtures and display lights for your art work and cars. The gated lush courtyard will offer a blend of cobblestone, pavers, lighting with flowers surrounding the center fountain creating a resort style destination. Currently we are working on CCR’S and the HOA. Pricing to be released soon.
We have been estimating the price may start around $680,000 for the 2428 sq. ft. unit without a loft to $ 1.4 million for the 4,948 sq ft unit without a loft. Again these are only ESTIMATED prices at this time.
